Mana Movement is a somatic movement practice integrating meditation, conscious breathing, connective non-linear movement, and energy body circulation in order to support you in returning to an uninterrupted flow of life force through your body.
By engaging in these simple, yet profound movements- in alignment with the Feminine Pathways, you will increase the fluidity in both your physical and energy bodies, and come into coherence with the natural flow of energy as it moves through you with every breath.
You will experience an increased sense of peace and clarity, feeling both grounded and expanded, and connected to your innate source of creative life force energy. Clear stagnation and blockages.
